Listing Details

This historical house was probably built by a sea captain at the beginning
of the 20th century. These spacious houses were funded by traders through travels
overseas, captains and shipowners. Most of these houses have a nice view over the port.

Some of the features that make this house special are the panoramic views, the 3 separate entrances, (one for each of its 3 levels) and its position, next to the head

Church of Skopelos town, the Birth of Jesus Christ Church that was built at the end 16th century-early

17th.

The house is 148,97 m2 plus the two courtyards.

-On the ground floor is the kitchen which can be accessed via a door that is on the church

square. On this same level are a courtyard and the guest house (bedroom and bathroom)

which are detached from the main house.

In this courtyard there is a water tap (cold and hot water), a marble washbasin and counter and

there is space for a BBQ.

The guest house has a build-in wooden bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with a

shower and WC.

The kitchen has a dining area and a bathroom with a shower and a WC with plenty of

storage areas.

A door from the kitchen leads to the courtyard and the guesthouse.

-A corner staircase leads to the next floor leading to the spacious living

room with a high ceiling and with windows on three sides of the house.

The French doors lead, (via a stone staircase), to the courtyard below the guest house.

Another door which can serve as the main entrance leads to an additional courtyard that can house a dining table and a

bench. A door there can give you access to the main street. The unique view from this courtyard is

amazing.

-A staircase in the living room leads to the top floor that holds two bedrooms, both with

balconies and another bathroom with a shower and WC. Both bedrooms have balconies and

the view from there over the harbor and the hills is fabulous. There is another door in the

hallway on that floor that leads to the street at the back.

All bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen and the guest-house have air-condition.
