Who we are
Our website address is: https://skopelostopos.gr.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Topos Real Estate uses 2 types of Contact Forms. The first type is when you enquire about a Listing that we published on our website, (with data such as ‘Your Name’, ‘Email’, ‘Listing Code’), and through our ‘Contact’ page. We only use this info for contact purposes and we never, under any circumstances, share your personal data with anyone else. We may use this data to send you the occasional newsletter, which you can opt-out of at any time through the appropriate link at the end of the newsletter email.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
How long we retain your data
We will not process your personal data in a form that enables you to be personally identified for any longer than is necessary. This means as long as it will take us to fulfil your query with our website and Topos Real Estate.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
How we protect your data
Every time User Information is stored on our servers (regardless of the time this is stored for), we have taken appropriate security measures (including electronic and procedural measures) to help safeguard it from unauthorized access. Only authorized employees are permitted to access User Information. In addition, we use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to User Information and an industry-standard ‘Secure Sockets Layer’ certificate.
